Beacon South Beach Hotel - Miami Beach

The location is central. Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with fridge, a bedroom and coffee maker. The stuff are very kind and amazingly great, managed the parking on-site.

The hotel was fairly clean, had very very nice and courteous staff from bellboys.

The bed in our room was comfortable. The Nespresso machine offered a good morning perk and added a touch of luxury to our stay.

clean hotel, really kind and extremely great team members from bellboys. a minibar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and climate control in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. unbeatable location, 15 minutes' walk to books & books.

The staff were friendly and it was conveniently located next to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke and we needed to open all the windows whenever we were in the room. In fairness, this was not a lot of the time. The hotel is art deco but poorly renovated - bouncy floors and brown paint in the corridors.

the hotel is very good. Excellent location, friendly staff. Valet parking available and if you give them 20 minutes absolutely ok. The breakfast was ok. Only beware of the restaurant in front which is not run by the hotel itself. We had three mojitos and the bill was 96 USD!!!!!! Check the price of everything before you order anything. Otherwise the hotel was perfect.

We wanted to experience the life style of south beach and thought that the Beacon would give us this opportunity. We had a great time and the hotel is located right were all the action is during the day and night. The art deco buildings and inside deco just made our two night visit the best ever.

knowing that the hotels back in the day had small rooms, narrow hallways and a small lobby just added to our enjoyment of stay at the Beacon. Even though some of the reviews made negative comments about this we loved every moment we spent at the hotel and time on South Beach. We liked everything.....

Perfect Spot to Enjoy South Beach Vibes

My family had an very nice stay! The breakfast on the terrace was a good start to our day, especially with the variety of fresh options. The staff was attentive, and the beach access made it easy to enjoy the sun. Don't miss the beach chairs provided by the hotel!

I liked the hotel, that it was old and well placed

If you want to stay on south beach this hotel is fine and quite cool. It is a very commercialised area for tourists and was not a cheap area, nor in fact a cheap hotel. If you only wanted to visit south beach for an hour or so, I would stay somewhere further out with parking (which costs $20 a day plus tax plus tips etc if you drive to this hotel), then drive in and park in a local car park which is $12-15 for half a day.

The location of the hotel was good and within easy access of south beach and Lincoln Road Mall

The breakfast wasn't anything special and the rooms were noisey and expensive, but I guess thats the price you pay for location. It was fine as a base for what we wanted to do.

Very good localization. Close to the main atractions of Soth Beach.

The rooms located at main stret ( beach view) are very noisy.

The location is unbeatable, with access to the beach and local restaurants. The staff were really good. They not only accommodated my late check-in but also provided complimentary dog beds and treats. A disappointing aspect for a place at this price point.
